How did you find Alpha Project Strength & Conditioning?

I was looking for a personal trainer and paying $100 per session did not make sense to me. In my online search, I stumbled across San Mateo Crossfit (formally known) and came out for a free session. I’ve been here for about 3 years now!

What is your background in sports?

I was a football player and wrestler, but lately I have been playing lots of basketball.

What are your goals and how has APSC helped you reach them?

I just want to be fit. Dallas keeps the energy up in class, which keeps me motivated. I’ve always been athletic and been involved with sports. At this point in my life, I just want to feel good and maintain my strength and health. APSC has been awesome with that.

How has being a part of our community helped you outside the gym?

Having this community, athletes tend to hold themselves accountable for slacking off. When I miss a class, my training partners as well as my coach hold me accountable. And when I’m consistent, I feel more energy and more productive. . I run a start up company and keeping up with it is high stress. Coming into the gym is the best part of my day. The vibe is great and the coaches do a great job of motivating and keeping me engaged, which is important to me.
