New “Off the Barbell” classes and times starting next week!

Our “Off the Barbell” classes are designed for everyone, regardless of fitness background or experience. Workouts are fun and intense, just like our other group classes, but without the barbells ie. olympic movements. We still employ the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometric and body weight movements to give you an awesome workout designed to meet your abilities, beginner or advanced.
