Congrats to Ted Temple for winning our Spring Leaning Challenge! Ted, along with 5 other brave souls, went through a 6 week “cutting” phase. They were given 4-5 meals to follow each day as well as caloric and macro nutrient guidelines. Each participant had to post and record their food.

Ted lost a total of 18lbs in 6 weeks.
